In Conversation… with Dr Caroline Lanskey

Director MPhil Studies, Institute for Criminology, University of Cambridge

Caroline Lanskey is a Lecturer in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the Institute of Criminology and a Deputy Director of the Centre for Community, Gender and Social Justice. She joined the Institute of Criminology in 2006 after completing a PhD in Education at the University of Cambridge. Her research and teaching interests stem from her cross-disciplinary and international career in education, foreign language studies and criminology. They centre on the criminal justice experiences of young people and families with a particular focus on the themes of social inclusion and exclusion. Caroline is currently working on the Families and Imprisonment Research (FAIR) study, a project on youth justice in rural settings, and the new Inspiring Futures Footprint research evaluation of the arts in criminal justice settings. 

 

Please note this will be taking place in Seminar Room B4 at 5.30pm
