Tom Hogan received his BA in government from Dartmouth College, an M. Sc. in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He has served as a federal and local prosecutor, as well as an elected district attorney. In private practice, he has represented corporations and individuals in complex litigation and white collar defense. His doctoral research focuses on the impact of prosecutorial decision-making in the area of violent crime.
