Biography

Tom received his BA in Government from Dartmouth College, a MSc in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

He has served as a federal and local prosecutor, as well as an elected district attorney. In private practice, he has represented corporations and individuals in complex litigation and white collar defense.

He is currently a part-time PhD student, and his doctoral research focuses on the impact of prosecutorial decision-making in the area of violent crime.
