New research by Professor Manuel Eisner, Director of the Violence Research Centre, and members of Utrecht University have just published in this article: 'A global analysis of the impact of COVID-19 stay-at-home restrictions on crime'. This research shows that crime rates in cities across the world were dramatically reduced during the COVID 19 lock downs.
