A new assessment of the state of the evidence on Out of Court Disposals by Dr Peter Neyroud, Co-Chair of the Campbell Collaboration Crime and Justice Coordinating Group and Lecturer in Evidence based Policing, has been published. The assessment was commissioned by the National Police Chief's Council of England and Wales. The Review draws on the recently published Systematic Review on Pre-court disposals managed by the Police. The evidence review was commissioned to inform the development of the new NPCC strategy on out of court disposals for England and Wales.
