Institute of Criminology

Dr Mirian Orlando, Chief Executive of the National Supreme Court of Argentina, will present the findings of this book, co-authored with Professor David Farrington, Emeritus Professor of Psychological Criminology, Institute of Criminology.  The book addresses the gap in the literature of “what works” regarding the prevention of juvenile delinquency and later recidivism from an early age. The research described in this book is innovative and up-to-date. It supplies important and relevant quantitative and qualitative evidence regarding the prediction of youth offending and recidivism in the lesser-studied context of Argentina and internationally.   Please click here for further information

The presentation will commence at 1200 hours in the first floor Board Room and last for about one hour, including time for questions.  Pre-booking is required to aid management of the event, please email dirpa@crim.cam.ac.uk to book your place and confirm whether you will attend in person or online.
