The Institute of Criminology is pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to book rooms in its new building for conferences, symposia, lectures or other meetings.
In September 2004 the Institute moved into modern, purpose built premises on the University's Sidgwick Site. The Sidgwick Site is in a quiet area, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Further information regarding our location can be found on the location page.
The new building provides a variety of rooms of the highest specification, including an elegant boardroom, two seminar rooms (that can be combined to form one large lecture room, and boast state-of-the art equipment such as video conferencing facilities), and a number of smaller meeting rooms.
These rooms can be booked for meetings or events both by other members of the University and by external parties.
